Why is BillBox free?

Will BillBox always be free?
Yes! The core features of BillBox will always be free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the essential bill management functionality will remain free forever.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. BillBox is completely free with no hidden costs. We don't charge setup fees, maintenance fees, or transaction fees.
What about payment processing fees?
BillBox does not charge any fees for payments. Standard fees from your bank or payment processor may apply, but we don't add any additional charges.

How long does it take to set up?
Most users complete the setup process in under 5 minutes. Bill discovery typically takes 1-2 days as our AI scans your accounts.
What bills can BillBox manage?
BillBox can manage virtually any bill - utilities, credit cards, loans, subscriptions, insurance, and more. If it has a due date, we can track it.
Can I control which bills to automate?
Yes! You have complete control. Choose to automate some bills while manually approving others. Set up custom rules and preferences for each biller.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption, SOC 2 compliance, and never store your banking passwords. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
How do you protect my banking credentials?
We never store your banking credentials. We use secure token-based authentication that allows read-only access to your account information without storing sensitive login details.
What happens if there's a security breach?
We have comprehensive incident response procedures in place. In the unlikely event of a breach, we would immediately notify affected users and take all necessary steps to secure accounts and investigate the incident.
How often do you perform security audits?

Can I export or delete my data?
